PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CPC - Calcined petroleum coke

The raw material is raw coke,The coke has high impurity content and cannot be used as a recarburizer. It must be calcined and will be produced.

The petroleum coke is burned at temperature of 1200-1400 degrees.

GPC - Graphite Petroleum Coke

The raw material of the graphite recarburizer is also raw coke, but the temperature ratio of calcination is 3000.

The fixed carbon is high, and the content of S, N, P is much lower than that of coal.

APPLICATION

Carbonizing agent is an additive used in steelmaking. It is an essential raw material for producing high quality steel. The use of carbonizing agent in casting can greatly increase the amount of scrap, reduce the amount of pig iron or no pig iron. Different types of cast iron, choose different types of recarburizers according to your needs. The characteristics of the recarburizer itself select pure carbon-containing graphitized materials to reduce excessive impurities in the pig iron. The selection of the recarburizer can reduce the casting production cost.
